Michael Delaney (American, 20th century). Three drawings (ink, charcoal, and graphite) ca. late 20th to early 21st century. All hand-signed at lower right. Three impressive drawings depicting the heads of satyrs or bearded ancient gods with marvelous attention to features and facial hair. All were rendered by Michael Delaney, a New York artist best known for his depictions inspired by Renaissance and Classical masters. Size of largest (profile head): 26" L x 19" W (66 cm x 48.3 cm)

Michael Delaney studied with Wolf Kahn at the American Academy of Art and Max Ginsberg at the Art Students League.
