An exquisite letter box created from fruit wood with excellent marquetry covering the entire surface, including a pineapple motif on the lower front and back panels, a stellar motif comprised of a lovely pair of five-pointed dark wood stars set within larger five-pointed light wood stars surrounded by an elaborate geometric design on the top, and additional stylized geometric motifs adorning the cover's rim and lower side panels. A beautiful example of marquetry with remarkable inlaid work. Size: 5.5" L x 10.25" W x 4.5" H (14 cm x 26 cm x 11.4 cm)
