Description:

First Nations, Canada, Inuit, ca. 20th century CE. A charming sculpture carved from fossilized whale bone ivory and depicting a pair of birds perched atop a log or branch. Both display adorable, minimalist faces, each painted white with a pointed beak and black eyes. Size: 3.2" L x 6" W x 3.6" H (8.1 cm x 15.2 cm x 9.1 cm)
