Central America, Guatemala, ca. first half of the 20th century CE. A hand-carved slingshot (known as an ondilla in Spanish) in the form of a slender phallus. The phallic tool has a dense shaft, a conical head, a pair of testes protruding from one side, and two forked sling strap hooks. The slingshot is painted with vibrant green and brown pigments, and the head is accentuated with a deep red hue. Size: 1.2" W x 5.5" H (3 cm x 14 cm); 6.2" H (15.7 cm) on included custom stand.
