Randy Lee (Contemporary). Two colored pencil drawings, 2005. Both signed and dated in pencil. Two impressive drawings of Native Americans by Randy Lee. The first depicts a ceremonial dancer dressed in elaborate regalia and captured in dynamic motion. Joining this is a half-length portrait of an elder wearing a white shirt, a wide brimmed black hat, black pants, a woven blanket over his left shoulder, and a beautiful ensemble of turquoise and silver jewelry. He sits with his hands resting in his lap and peers out at the viewer with a time-worn visage and inquisitive eyes. Size: 18.125" L x 11.7" W (46 cm x 29.7 cm)
