Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A cast bronze dish, perhaps made to hold an oil lamp, with a shallow bowl on top, a narrow, flared leg, and a wide disc-shaped foot. Age has given it a pretty, colorful patina. Size: 3.95" W x 2.8" H (10 cm x 7.1 cm)

Provenance: private East Coast, USA collection; ex-William Froelich collection, New York, USA, collected in the 1970s
