Central Asia, Turkoman, ca. late 19th to early 20th century CE. An antique Tekke Turkoman Turkmen silver/copper alloy bracelet with a central register that features three oval red glass inlays set in silver bezels amidst a ground that is engraved with beautiful curvilinear motifs. The raised borders are also engraved with rope and beaded motifs, and the cuff bracelet resolves in teardrop-shaped terminals. A beautiful example!   • Condition: Very slight bending to one terminal. Some smoothing to motifs on the front but overall in fine condition with nicely preserved details. Red glass is cracked in two places and has a few tiny chips in another place.
