Spain, 19th century CE. A rounded, earthy-red pottery canteen that stands on its side on a flat foot. Twin handles and a slightly flared spout project from one side. The clay has embedded mica giving it a slight sparkle across the top. A cork on a piece of twine fits into the mouth. Size: 10.3" W x 6" H (26.2 cm x 15.2 cm)
