A hand-carved wood santo of Saint John the Baptist, depicted his traditional, austere manner with bare feet, a fur tunic, long hair, and a full beard. He steps forward with his left foot, grasping a petite dish in his right hand, perhaps for conducting baptisms or holding the Lamb of God as he is typically shown. Size: 7.3" W x 18.3" H (18.5 cm x 46.5 cm)
