Description:

Western Asia, Iran/Persia, ca. 19th century CE. A pretty glazed ceramic bowl with steep sides, a flaring rim, and, on the interior, a beautiful black-outline motif of a rooster or similar type of bird with a small crest on its head. The exterior features abstract bird-in-flight motifs in the same color scheme. Size: 5.45" W x 2.25" H (13.8 cm x 5.7 cm)
