European, Italy, 19th century CE. Three framed antique lithographs after classical friezes - all nicely framed and make for a beautiful ensemble! One depicts Theseus slaying a Centaur. Another depicts Helen of Troy and King Menelaus of Sparta returning to Troy. The third depicts two Amazons fighting Griffins. All of the depicted reliefs are set in friezes with beautiful Classical architectural detailing - egg and dart, dentils, and lotus blossoms. Size: Theseus and Centaur measures 20.125" W x 21.25" H (51.1 cm x 54 cm) framed; the other two measure 21.125" W x 20.125" H (53.7 cm x 51.1 cm) framed
