Description:

Central Asia, northern India/Pakistan, Indo-Persian culture, ca. 19th century CE. A fantastic old weapon, a dagger with a curved steel blade and an inlaid gold pattern where the blade meets the handle. The handle is made of alternating bone and wood. The sheath is wood, with cloth wrapped around it and two iron pieces decorated with incised lines, one at the top and one at the bottom. Size with sheath on: 13.85" L x 1.4" W (35.2 cm x 3.6 cm)
