Southeast Asia, Borneo, Iban Dayak, ca. late 19th / early 20th century CE. A carved wooden charm figure depicting a kneeling male with his hands placed upon his knees. Fine detailing upon the helmet, facial features, penis, and fingers carefully delineated. This is an especially pleasing figure as the silhouette is wonderful when viewed from all angles. Size: 4"H x 2"W + custom stand.

Provenance: Ex-private collection of the late Ami Brown, foremost Israeli art collector and founder of Coca Cola Israel.
