North Pacific, Hawaiian Islands, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. A trio of hand-carved stone celts used for utilitarian purposes like chopping or scraping. The first stone exhibits dark green and brown hues, the second with beige and mottled gray colors, and the largest with a uniform dark gray hue. Each tool features an acute blade edge, a tapering body, and a sturdy butt end. Size of largest: 6.75" L x 2.1" W (17.1 cm x 5.3 cm)
