Description:

North American, possibly Northeastern Native American, or Western Europe, Black Forest region, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. The bowl includes a large receptacle drilled into the top, positioned near the animal's legs, with an additional hole bored into the side for mounting a pipe stem. A smaller protruding loop forms another highly abstract animal, with iron nails tacked onto the surface serving as eyes. Size: 4.75" L x 2.25" W x 4" H (12.1 cm x 5.7 cm x 10.2 cm)
