Native American, Pacific Northwest, ca. 1954 CE. Signed "Nu-Samuklal" and dated on underside of base. A lovely wood totem displaying a bird - perhaps a falcon - with tucked wings sitting atop the head of a seated beaver. This totem is believed to belong to the Beaver Clan due to a collection label on the underside of its base. Size: 2.75" W x 12.9" H (7 cm x 32.8 cm)
