Description:

Native American, Western United States, Plains Tribes, Lakota (Sioux) or Arapahoe, ca. late 19th to early 20th century CE. A beautiful and well-preserved pair of men's moccasins, extensively beaded across the upper in white, green, red and blue beads. The dark green bands with tapered tips on the toe box may represent cloven bison tracks, which is a classic symbol on moccasins used by Plains Tribes! The soles are worn, but the bead work is almost entirely preserved and overall great condition. Size: 10" L x 4" W x 3" H (25.4 cm x 10.2 cm x 7.6 cm)
