Europe (Venice), found in eastern North America, ca. 18th to 19th century CE. Ten lovely glass chevron beads, made from tubes of glass cut into roughly cylindrical forms, and traded along the eastern seaboard of North America. Chevron beads have been found in archaeological sites from Ontario to Florida. They are either navy blue or blue-green, with red and white banded interiors. Average size: 1.2" H (3 cm)
