An elegant, still-working Elgin pocket watch set in a 54% gold case (equivalent to 13K) made by the American company Keystone Watch Case Co. Serial number 2368455, the grade 75 movement by Elgin is a model number 5, class 9, and size 18s. It features an open face, gilt-finish movement configuration with a full plate and a 15 screw-set jewel setting. The interior of the verso is incised with the inscription: "Presented to Miss Agnes Adams By her friend Dec 7 1895." The exterior boasts lovely floral decoration. Size: 2.3" L x 1.7" W (5.8 cm x 4.3 cm); gold quality: 54.73% (equivalent to 13K+); weight: 60.8 grams
