A substantial fragment from a gorgeous bronze dish, extensively engraved with ornate scrolling motifs of foliage, felines, and Kufic script - perhaps spelling out a Quranic verse! Gorgeous layers of russet and seafoam green patina envelop the piece, highlighting its beautiful decoration and imbuing it with elegant presentation evocative of the ancient Mamluk Sultanate!
