Pre-Columbian, Mexico to Peru, Colima, Maya, and Inca cultures, ca. 300 BCE to 1532 CE. A collection of approximately 100 ancient stone and shell beads and pendants of various sizes and forms. The surfaces are colorful pale green, turquoise, orange, creamy white hues, and iridescent from the nacre shells. The larger pieces are stone face pendants - simple etched facial details, and suspension holes drilled through the stone. This assortment is perfect for jewelers to create new pieces from these ancient beads! Size of largest greenstone head: 1.3" L x 1" W (3.3 cm x 2.5 cm); smallest bead: 0.2" Diameter (0.5 cm)
